Q: Does it work on ANY autoresponder?
Yes as long as you are using an autoresponder, regardless if it’s cloud-based or self-hosted, as long as it offers an HTML email feature, it will work. In fact, it will work anywhere that accepts HTML. Including and not limited to your webpage, blog, eCommerce store!
Q: Is EmailTimers only countdown or evergreen?
It does both! With a little switch, you can have it either countdown from a certain time or have it countdown to a certain date. We made it super easy!
Q: For EmailVideo can I upload any video?
Yes, you can upload any video up to 50 megs of mp4 or mov or you can use any Youtube video. We do recommend Youtube as your source of upload because our servers communicate with Youtube faster!
Q: For EmailSurvey – do you offer full reporting? Can each link take you to individual places?
Yes and yes! We have full reporting because we love our stats. And each “response” can direct a user to a specific place.
Q: For Email Image – Does it work with any autoresponder?
We have the direct code for Sendlane, Aweber, Get Response, Mail Chimp, Infusionsoft, iContact, and Contact Contact hard coded. But we also have a custom code feature where you can grab your custom “personalization tag code” and paste it right in and let our system do the rest. If there is no tag available, it will default to the “default text” on the screen.
